The newest versions of Symmetry CONNECT Identity Management and Symmetry GUEST Visitor Management include enhancements that are focused on improving and enhancing the synchronization capabilities between GUEST and the Symmetry Access Control system.
These enhancements include:

Symmetry GUEST fields including user-defined fields can not be mapped and synchronized with Symmetry’s personal data fields.

Supports both Visitor and Cardholder personal data fields

Personal data fields that are required in Symmetry are highlighted in GUEST

Support for all Symmetry personal data field data types

Ability to associate CONNECT access request workflows with specific access groups.

Ability to set the expiration date of a CONNECT access request based on a relative period.

Ability to configure rules in CONNECT that must be met for an identity to either request or approve access
