Make a visitor feel welcome by sending an email prior to their visit to put them at ease. Employees pre-register visitors using Outlook or Gmail. Visitors receive a welcome email that can include travel or arrival instructions, a map, parking or other pertinent information. Providing information ahead of time provides a great visitor experience. Upon arrival, visitors can check into a Symmetry GUEST Kiosk using a QR or barcode that was sent to the visitor’s smartphone. The host employee is notified by email or text when their visitor arrives and can greet them. Streamlining the process means less wait time and happier visitors.

Symmetry GUEST integrates with Symmetry Access Control to provide an integrated solution. Visitors are automatically removed from Symmetry Access Control upon check-out, ensuring that no visitor retains access after their visit. GUEST can also operate as a stand-alone system.

The kiosks come in black or white, and in three main designs, Countertop, Slim Wall Mount and Freestanding, to best meet an organization’s requirements and lobby décor. Countertop style kiosks provide options for either unfixed (portable) or fixed (secure) mounting to a receptionist desk or check-in counter. Slim Wall Mount kiosks mount flush to the wall or glass and are perfect for small lobbies or large, such as busy areas where multiple units are needed to efficiently check-in a high volume of visitors. Freestanding kiosks come with or without cabinet and printer. Custom branding options are available for all Symmetry GUEST Kiosks enabling organizations to place their visitor check-in messaging and logo on the kiosk for increased visitor engagement.
