About AMAG Technology

David Sullivan is the President of AMAG Technology, an Allied Universal® Company. Previously, Sullivan served as the President, ACRE Americas. Sullivan joined the ACRE family in 2017 as the Vice President of Global Sales, he most recently served as the President of ACRE’s international businesses which include Vanderbilt International and ComNet Europe. Sullivan was a part of the founding management team of HID Global and has over 36 years of experience in the security industry. He has held senior leadership positions with HID, Ingersoll Rand and SDI, and has also served as the president of an animal ID manufacturer, Destron Fearing. Sullivan is originally from the USA and has over twelve years of executive leadership roles in Europe, having been based in both England and Ireland. Sullivan has over 15 years of executive leadership experience in North, Central and South America.

Ewan Abbott is the Director, Global Operations for AMAG Technology, where he oversees manufacturing, supply chain, quality assurance, logistics and customer service and is also responsible for our facilities in the UK and USA. Having spent almost 40 years in engineering and manufacturing, his career has included some of the world’s best-known companies, such as Rolls-Royce Aerospace and Cosworth Engineering. He has led and developed teams in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Program Management and Operations, and directed the European operations of a large US organization before joining the leadership team of a start-up high-tech business specializing in Lidar to measure wind in the renewables sector. Passionate about people, teams, continuous improvement, lean methodologies and customer-centric behaviors, he focuses on ensuring that operations deliver maximum customer value through connected operational excellence.

Pascal De Zitter is the Vice President of Security & Information Management Solutions for AMAG Technology. Pascal oversees AMAG’s Application Engineering team and will soon develop, implement and lead a soon-to-be-established Solutions Delivery team. He is also responsible for generating new opportunities for AMAG’s Symmetry Control Room and Symmetry CONNECT Identity Management solutions. Before AMAG, Pascal held leadership roles at G4S as a Solution Manager and Integration Manager for over 11 years. Before G4S, he held managerial roles at STANLEY Security and GE Security.

As the Executive Vice President of Business Technology Paul Edwards is responsible for establishing and leading the company’s business technology vision and strategies. He joined AMAG in 1996 and over the years has worked in various technical and management roles across IT and Engineering. Paul is passionate about delivering solutions not just within AMAG but also for AMAG customers that are simple to use, improve efficiencies, are secure and fit for purpose.

Kimberly Ardo-Eisenbeis, currently holds the role of Vice-President, Human Resources and Recruiting for several growth business lines including AMAG as part of Allied Universal®, a global security solutions provider comprised over 800,000 employees internationally working in over 90 countries. She utilizes her passion to develop others to provide HR leadership support to over 30,000 employees and leaders within the Central Region to fully live out that purpose. Prior to joining Allied Universal®, in early 2021, Kimberly has held HR leadership roles with leading retail and logistic organizations such as Blockbuster Entertainment, Federated Department Stores, The Home Depot, Core-Mark International over her 25+ year career.

Roland Fournier is Vice President, Product Management and serves as the Lead Product Officer of AMAG Technology. He is responsible for the vision, development, and strategy for the Symmetry portfolio of products. Prior to joining AMAG Technology, Roland was Senior Director of Product Management at HID Global leading a team of product managers and marketers responsible for biometric products. Before HID Global, he spent 14 years at IDEMIA in senior product management roles responsible for the strategy and roadmaps for products and managed services for the Civil Identity portfolio. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and a Master’s in Business Administration with a marketing concentration from the University of Phoenix.

Kyle Gordon is the Executive Vice President, Global Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence and leads all commercial functions of the AMAG Technology organization. Kyle began his career at STANLEY Security and worked his way up through regional and national sales roles. Starting in 2013, he held two leadership sales roles focused on education. In 2016, he became the VP of Business Development, Commercial Strategy for Stanley’s parent company, Stanley Black and Decker, Inc. He was promoted to Global Commercial Transformation Leader and then VP, Sales and Marketing for STANLEY Security. When Stanley was acquired by Securitas and formed Securitas Technology, he led the US sales team for their enterprise and regional channels as Senior Vice President – Enterprise and Regional Sales.

As the Vice President, Technical Services, Ryan manages the Technical Services department and oversees all technical support for AMAG Technology. He began working for AMAG back in 2004 in the test department and from there progressed into Technical Support working on an older cashless vending product. He then went on to lead the Technical Support team in the UK. After that, he supported the introduction of a Development Support arm within the group, before heading up the Technical Services department for all AMAG support. Before AMAG, Ryan completed a Bsc Hons for Computer Systems & Networks and also worked for Mars Inc. within their IT group.

Michael Kobaly is the Executive Vice President, Global Engineering for AMAG Technology with over 17 years of experience in the Security Industry. Michael oversees the engineering teams in the UK, Boston and Romania and is responsible for the complete development of the Symmetry Security Management suite of products. Previously, he was the VP Software Engineering where he managed the development of AMAG’s Identity Management suite of applications which include Symmetry CONNECT and GUEST. Prior to AMAG, he held managerial and software engineering roles at Touchcom and Dictaphone.

Ann Marie Mansfield is the Director of Commercial Excellence for AMAG Technology. She oversees the Sales Empowerment (Inside Sales and SSA teams) team and also works to support our 3rd Party Partner relationships. Prior to joining AMAG Technology, Ann Marie worked at both Acre and LenelS2 in the following roles: Customer Care Specialist, Inside Sales Rep, Key Account Program Manager and Director of Customer Service. She also is Six Sigma Green Belt certified from Xerox Corporation.

Grant Walker is AMAG Technology’s Finance Director, based at the UK office in Tewkesbury, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He joined AMAG Technology in 2006 as a Financial Accountant, was later promoted to Senior Financial Controller, and in 2015 Finance Director where he assumed overall financial management responsibility for the three AMAG offices in Tewkesbury (UK), Hawthorne (USA) and Chelmsford (USA), and managing all financial, treasury and tax reporting. Prior to AMAG, Grant held the position of Financial Accountant at the UK head office for Sandvik, a Swedish multinational. He was part of the SAP transition team, as well as led the successful migration of the Group reporting system to Hyperion/Outlooksoft.
