I wanted to share with you one of our internal programs that is designed to improve our performance as a supplier to you. Early this year we began an employee development program called “Customer FIRST”, with the word FIRST being an acronym representing Focused, Intelligent, and Reliable Support as a Trusted Provider.
It is an education program to help employees learn about our business, where on a weekly basis we conduct two 20-minute sessions, one that is new and the second session a repeat of the first, providing employees an optional alternative time to attend. Each session helps our
employees learn about our industry, our customers, our products, and our business all with the intention to help them better support and help our customers. I have long contended that in order for a company to provide exceptional service, all employees need to become knowledgeable about the business, its products and the industry. By doing so, each employee has a better understanding of how to serve our valuable customers. We are now 14 weeks into our Customer FIRST curriculum, and are looking forward to providing you increasingly improved service levels as our people become more and more knowledgeable. We want to be the smartest security system supplier in the industry, and as our service standards improve, we will continue to demand better and better service levels from ourselves each year.

Go to Technical Bulletins/Microsoft Security Updates and look for the May 2023 versions. Microsoft Security Updates are available for: v8.x v9.x Hosted Systems These updates document the Microsoft patches that have been evaluated against supported Windows and Server platforms for Symmetry versions v8.x, v9.x and hosted systems. We are no longer updating the V7.0.1 patch testing due to Microsoft withdrawing free OS support.
