About AMAG Technology

David Sullivan is the President of AMAG Technology, an Allied Universal® Company. Previously, Sullivan served as the President, ACRE Americas. Sullivan joined the ACRE family in 2017 as the Vice President of Global Sales, he most recently served as the President of ACRE’s international businesses which include Vanderbilt International and ComNet Europe. Sullivan was a part of the founding management team of HID Global and has over 36 years of experience in the security industry. He has held senior leadership positions with HID, Ingersoll Rand and SDI, and has also served as the president of an animal ID manufacturer, Destron Fearing. Sullivan is originally from the USA and has over twelve years of executive leadership roles in Europe, having been based in both England and Ireland. Sullivan has over 15 years of executive leadership experience in North, Central and South America.

As the Executive Vice President of Business Technology Paul Edwards is responsible for establishing and leading the company’s business technology vision and strategies. He joined AMAG in 1996 and over the years has worked in various technical and management roles across IT and Engineering. Paul is passionate about delivering solutions not just within AMAG but also for AMAG customers that are simple to use, improve efficiencies, are secure and fit for purpose.

Jennifer Marx is the Vice President of Product Management at AMAG Technology where she is responsible for the Symmetry Solution Suite product strategy to deliver successful business and customer outcomes. Prior to joining AMAG Technology, Jennifer was the Vice President of Product at the AI startup Synthetaic, where she led their product development through series B funding. She also spent over 10 years at Johnson Controls in several areas of the business, including leading the Program Management Office for the access control and video product lines post merger with Tyco Security products. She is an accomplished leader with a passion for developing people, teams, and relationships to innovate customer impactful product solutions.

Kyle Gordon is the Executive Vice President, Global Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence and leads all commercial functions of the AMAG Technology organization. Kyle began his career at STANLEY Security and worked his way up through regional and national sales roles. Starting in 2013, he held two leadership sales roles focused on education. In 2016, he became the VP of Business Development, Commercial Strategy for Stanley’s parent company, Stanley Black and Decker, Inc. He was promoted to Global Commercial Transformation Leader and then VP, Sales and Marketing for STANLEY Security. When Stanley was acquired by Securitas and formed Securitas Technology, he led the US sales team for their enterprise and regional channels as Senior Vice President – Enterprise and Regional Sales.

As the Vice President, Technical Services, Ryan manages the Technical Services department and oversees all technical support for AMAG Technology. He began working for AMAG back in 2004 in the test department and from there progressed into Technical Support working on an older cashless vending product. He then went on to lead the Technical Support team in the UK. After that, he supported the introduction of a Development Support arm within the group, before heading up the Technical Services department for all AMAG support. Before AMAG, Ryan completed a Bsc Hons for Computer Systems & Networks and also worked for Mars Inc. within their IT group.

Michael Kobaly is the Executive Vice President, Global Engineering for AMAG Technology with over 17 years of experience in the Security Industry. Michael oversees the engineering teams in the UK, Boston and Romania and is responsible for the complete development of the Symmetry Security Management suite of products. Previously, he was the VP Software Engineering where he managed the development of AMAG’s Identity Management suite of applications which include Symmetry CONNECT and GUEST. Prior to AMAG, he held managerial and software engineering roles at Touchcom and Dictaphone.

Grant Walker is AMAG Technology’s Finance Director, based at the UK office in Tewkesbury, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He joined AMAG Technology in 2006 as a Financial Accountant, was later promoted to Senior Financial Controller, and in 2015 Finance Director where he assumed overall financial management responsibility for the three AMAG offices in Tewkesbury (UK), Hawthorne (USA) and Chelmsford (USA), and managing all financial, treasury and tax reporting. Prior to AMAG, Grant held the position of Financial Accountant at the UK head office for Sandvik, a Swedish multinational. He was part of the SAP transition team, as well as led the successful migration of the Group reporting system to Hyperion/Outlooksoft.
