An SSA guarantees customers utilizing the Symmetry™ Access Control and Integrated Security System will have complete access to valuable resources and technical support for software upgrades, factory database conversions and other utilities in addition to technical support.

Symmetry™ and an SSA comes standard with a first-year factory warranty. Following the warranty period, your customers can continue access to technical support and software upgrades with the purchase of

Site Support Agreements are a cost-effective solution to keep a Symmetry™ system up-to-date, within technical guidelines and ensure top-tier technical support.

site registration & activation

Gold Site Support Agreements are included on the Symmetry™ Professional, Enterprise and Global Security Management Systems. Site Support Agreements begin on the date of software activation and end one year from the date of registration. Sites with Symmetry™ Enterprise or Global software are required to stay current with the Site Support Agreement policy. 

third party support

AMAG Technical Support, will remain first line of support for all third party products purchased through AMAG, including but not limited to: intrusion, video, Cluster and Fault Tolerant solutions. When a call enters the support queue the responding Help Desk Technician will ascertain the nature of the issue, and if third party support is required will contact the relevant third party support group on behalf of the reporting Reseller.
