The objective with certified partners is to provide a means to formally establish the partner relationship, and ensure alignment in all development, functional, and sales/marketing activity.
During the planning and development cycle, the certified partner will have access to appropriate AMAG engineering resources to answer questions about the use and implementation of the SDKs/APIs. The partnership further extends with formal qualification prior to release, and follow up testing for service pack releases of Symmetry to ensure long term support.
By formalizing the process and defining clear support mechanisms, all Certified Partners will have access to AMAG's marketing engine, pre-sales support via joint sales calls with Regional Sales Managers, and AMAG Regional Technology Seminars (additional fees may apply).Download Symmetry Preferred Partner Brochure
