AMAG´s Professional Service Engineers are also available for on-site assistance and troubleshooting. For our international markets support is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am (0830) to 17:30 pm (1730) GMT excluding bank UK holidays. We do offer emergency support during off-hours. Please note that if it is not an emergency, you may be requested to call back during regular business hours.
