Our Professional Services Department fosters a teamwork approach that brings together the end user, integrator and AMAG. The elite team of technical experts provides specialized expertise for advanced system and programming needs.

The Professional Services Department works closely with the integrator and end user to carefully plan large system deployments and offer many specialized services.
  • Custom Scripting – A Professional Services engineer will work with Symmetry Authorized Resellers and end users to develop scripts to add functionality and features to the Symmetry SMS.
  • Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) – End users have the opportunity to see their working Symmetry SMS prior to installation at their facility.
  • Lifecycle Management – A Technical Advisor will manage your Symmetry SMS throughout the life of your contract and ensure you are current with the latest software, are utilizing new features, planning for unique system variables, protecting data and ensuring your system requirements meet Symmetry’s requirements for optimum results.
  • Support – Investing in Professional Services guarantees you always receive top-level support, whether it’s 24 hour telephone support, on-site support, or scheduled maintenance visits by your Technical Advisor.
  • Fault Tolerant Implementation – Utilizing a third party integration, implementing an ExpressCluster solution minimizes system outages due to unexpected or expected incidents.
  • Customization – The Professional Services Department can create custom reports to help you track critical data, and create custom interfaces to third party networked systems to streamline processes such has human resources, time and attendance, student enrollment and many others.
