AMAG Technology announces Partnership
with Intransa

Torrance, CA, September 20, 2007 – AMAG Technology and Intransa announce a partnership that provides AMAG’s Symmetry Authorized Resellers the option to install Intransa IP storage with AMAG’s Symmetry Security Management System.

When utilizing a video surveillance system with Intransa’s scalable, security-grade IP storage, Symmetry Authorized Resellers can install more cameras than with a traditional storage solution using servers, DVRs or NVRs. The Intransa system uses a standard Ethernet networking infrastructure and can be expanded to a SAN (storage area network) easily.

Symmetry Security Management System supports Intransa’s scalable IP SAN that can grow from 4 to 1,000 terabyes of RAID-protected storage. Simple to install, its iSCSI architecture utilizes a standard networking infrastructure and supports up to 10Gbit per second allowing systems to grow as networks are updated. It’s a cost effective alternative for customers needing large storage space.
